Sleep is so often neglected in our fast pace society. It is one of the pillar of health and just as important as a nutritious diet. We should make best effort in our schedule for adequate sleep.

Exercises Recommendation

The recommendation from the CDC for adults is 150 minutes of moderate aerobic exercises with 2 days of weight training per week. This is a good starting point but we should still incorporate movement throughout the day. Start with at least 3500 steps per day as this has been shown in studies to be positive for general health. Other part of physcial fitness we often neglect is stretching, mobility and balance. Adding some of yoga, pilates, Tai Chi, or Gi Gong to the mix can help you be well rounded.
